ABOUT

Hi, I’m Mia Venne — a former college athlete, lifelong competitor, and someone passionate about helping the next generation of student-athletes find the right path, both on and off the field.

My athletic journey has taken me from Marin FC Blue to Dominican University of California, and later to UC Davis, where I played on the nationally ranked club soccer team. I've experienced the highs, the challenges, and the realities of competing at multiple levels — from NCAA athletics to elite club teams. I’ve also navigated both semester and quarter systems while balancing a full academic course load, so I truly understand what it takes to succeed in college as a student-athlete. But here’s what I’ve learned: your college experience is about so much more than just your sport.

Injuries, unexpected setbacks, and life changes can all shift your path — which is why it’s so important to choose a school that fits you as a whole person, not just as an athlete. That means thinking about things like school size, academics, campus culture, location, cost, climate, team dynamics, and division level.

At (Goal)den Athlete, I work one-on-one with student-athletes to help them navigate the recruiting process with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re aiming to play at the next level or just want to find a school where you’ll thrive regardless of where your sport takes you, I’m here to guide you through it.

My goal is to help you succeed at your future school.
